DreamCoat Films is a London-based film and television production company, co-founded by Joseph a. Adesunloye. We make bold, people-led stories, about characters who don't fit neatly into the worlds they live in. With stories rooted in specific places and made to travel.

We champion first- and second-time feature directors with daring ideas, giving them the creative support to bring their vision to the screen.

Partnership across the Global South is at the heart of what we do. Through co-productions, we work alongside producers, talent and financiers to make films that move between continents and reach audiences in the UK and around the world.

Our films have screened at the BFI London Film Festival, Locarno, Durban and Raindance, and our series work has been selected for Series Mania.
